Riverfest Committee Kick-Off!
We are inviting anyone interested in being a part of the Riverfest Committee or managing an event Riverfest week, to attend the Kick-Off meeting.

What to Expect
Please RSVP so we can plan food and drinks. There will be an option to attend via Zoom as well. The invite will go to those that request the Zoom link.
Goals:
- Create a committee with a Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and 4-8 additional members. (Max. 12)
- Create a Theme or Title
- Social Media
- Assign Events to businesses or groups
- Monday - Kickoff Events (Medallion Hunt, Community Cookout, Miss riverfest Pageant)
- Friday night - Fireworks at Cottonwood Lake - Fundraising (Goal = $10k)
- Food Vendors throughout the week at various locations.
- Saturday - Full day of events! Who is going to be responsible for what event?
- Parade
- Bring back the 5k?
- Saturday Concert (Main act and opening act; Food Vendors, Beer Garden, parking, etc.)
- Craft and Vendor Show
- Sunday "Fun-Day" at Island Park - Kiwanis Club
- And so much more!
