Valerie is the Community Education Coordinator for Windom Area Schools. Valerie is also the clerk for Germantown Township and President of the Lamberton American Legion Auxiliary. Valerie grew up in West St. Paul and graduated from Mankato State University. Valerie loves small town living and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. Valerie believes it is important to be involved in the communities in which you live and work. Valerie enjoys making connections and working towards goals. Valerie is excited about the direction of the Chamber and looks forward to the future of Windom. Valerie and her husband Steve have two grown children and one granddaughter. When she isn’t spoiling her granddaughter she enjoys being crafty.
Amy is a Financial Advisor for Ameriprise Financial in Windom. She is a graduate of Red Rock Central High School. She has a BS in Accounting with a certificate of taxation from the University of MN, Crookston. She also serves as a member of the Patient and Family Advisory Committee for Windom Area Health and as Vice President of the Windom Area Development Committee.
Her husband, Jeff, works for Toro in the Fabrication department as an Engineer. They have 3 children, Alex, Jayce and Rylee. In her free time, she enjoys running, gardening, camping with the family and just about any outdoor activity.
Bridget and her husband, Travis, own Elite Mechanical Systems and Smith Appliance of Windom where she handles the business management, strategic planning, HR, and marketing sides specifically. Bridget has enjoyed the past 5 years working on enhancing the Windom Area Chamber, holding the positions of board President and currently Treasurer. Besides her time spent running 2 businesses and on the Chamber Board, Bridget enjoys spending time with her family including 3 young and very active kids.

Dana works for the family business, Fortune Transportation where she serves many roles within the company. She grew up in Windom, Go Eagles! She is married to her better half, Le Krumrey. Dana is a mom to 3 Amazing daughters Taylor (Bartelt) Breuer, Kaitie (Bartelt) Luitjens, Sami Bartelt. She believes that being a Nana to one year old Remy is the Best Thing Ever! In Dana’s spare time she loves to craft, watch football, spend time with family and travel.
Emily is the Chief Human Relations Officer at the Windom Area Health where she has been working since 2013 and oversees HR, Marketing and Community Health & Wellness. Emily has nearly 20 years of experience in human resource roles including biotech, retail and healthcare industries. She is a graduate of Windom Area High School and has a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of St. Thomas. Emily is involved in the Breast Health Walk, Fun Run, Farm and Home Show, and Be Well Path events and enjoys gardening, running, and golfing. Emily and husband Matt have two sons, Madden and Micah. She has enjoyed being on the Chamber board, especially being involved in the revival of the annual gala.
Mesa Bloch has been working at Bank Midwest since December of 2016 as a retail associate. She is married to Wyatt Bloch, who farms north of Windom. Mesa and Wyatt have 2 children together, Penelope, who is 4, and Walker, who is 6 months old.
Mesa's spare time is filled by spending time with family and friends. She is looking forward to being more involved in helping her community by being involved with the Windom Chamber.
I am a Windom native and consider myself a champion for my hometown. I moved back to Windom in 2011 after being away for college and my early career. I received my Bachelor's degrees at NDSU in Fargo with emphasis in Emergency Management, Sociology and Community Development. I earned my Master's in Public & Non-Profit Administration at Metropolitan State University. After three years in real estate I now run Fast Properties. I manage houses and apartments for property owners and connect investors with renters within our community and the surrounding area of Southwest Minnesota. My husband has been employed with Toro for 6.5 years. We stay busy with our three children through hockey, figure skating, dance, and all things school related.
Lisa is the Executive Assistant at Staples Oil Co., Inc. after recently returning to her hometown of Windom. She graduated from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management with a BSB in Marketing. After college, she worked at Padilla (public relations agency) in Minneapolis, and Navitor (a Taylor Corporation) in Mankato. Lisa enjoys and has been involved in the marketing, planning, and execution of programs and events for many large and small corporations. In her free time she enjoys golf, time at the lake, and spending time with family.
Hilary is the creator and owner of Enspired, a artisan and cultural gift store in downtown Windom. Being very involved in the community, especially the downtown retail scene, earned her the Windom Chamber's Community Champion award in 2019.
For the past six years Cory has worked as a Graphic Designer in the composition department at Citizen Publishing Company. Originally from the north metro area of the Twin Cities, he attended college at the University of Wisconsin-Superior where he obtained his BFA in studio arts and a minor in theater. Before moving to Windom, Cory was the Artistic Director of the Amery Classic Theatre, a single-screen movie theater and live performance venue, in Amery, Wisconsin. He and his wife Emily have two children, Atticus (6) and Epi (4). Cory’s most recent successes have included winning regional and national awards for his newspaper ad designs.
Renae Steffen resides in Windom with her husband Matt and five children. With each of her kids now attending school full time, Renae enjoys working for State Farm in Windom as well as McDonald’s of South Central MN, in addition to volunteering in the Windom schools and for the MN Hands and Voices program as a parent mentor, specifically for those that are in the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.
Steve works in Sales and Advertising for KDOM radio in Windom.
